If you've changed your mind, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to process a return and refund. Please note there are a couple of rules to be eligible for a return:

We offer a full refund (excluding delivery costs) on the items returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date. 

We are only able to accept returns on items if they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging.

Your return should be approved over email prior to shipment. To create a return, contact us at hello@thelennonwall.com with your order number.

We accept returns on most of the items, except any of the below: 

- Sale / discounted items

- Gift-cards

Pre-order items can be returned and as long as the returned piece is unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
